Sexual problems


Hypnosis can be a very helpful

tool in the treatment of sexual

problems including premature

ejaculation and impotence.

The first thing to do if you are suffering from impotence is to speak to a medically trained professional and have physical causes ruled out.

If the cause appears to be stress or anxiety related then a course of hypnotherapy could be very helpful.

There is so often a major psychological component to premature ejaculation that hypnosis is a commonly used technique to help stop it happening. Psychological impotence is another sexual problem that is highly amenable to hypnotic intervention.

Both these sexual problems have significant performance anxiety associations that get in the way of normal sexual functioning. Hypnosis can be used to 're-train' the brain to allow sex to progress as it should.



Pain management


There is nothing more debilitating than a life filled

pain and discomfort. It wears you down and breaks

you physically, mentally and emotionally. But pain

is an essential element in our survival. Acute pain

is our body’s way of telling us we are being

damaged and we need to take action, without this kind of pain, our very survival would be threatened.Hypnosis has been used successfully in the treatment of all kinds of painful conditions, including headaches, cancer, burns, surgical procedures, dental conditions, irritable bowel syndrome, and many other conditions.  Whether the pain is as a result from surgery, injury, illness or disease, hypnosis can be of benefit. People suffering from acute or chronic pain can get substantial pain relief from hypnosis. To reduce the discomfort to a manageable level or even to eliminate it altogether is one of the most meaningful applications of clinical hypnosis which allows the person to become more comfortable and in control in the management of their own pain





Sleep problems 


There are many sleep related disorders that

affect us, including insomnia and nightmares,

the most common prescribed cure has

sleeping pills, and however hypnotherapy is

seen as a way of reaching into the

subconscious mind. People who over think and get anxious thoughts are the ones who are unable to sleep. There are behavior and thought patterns that are having a negative effect on a person’s life. These aspects of one’s persona are sometimes set and difficult to change. With the help of hypnosis for sleep, I can access the deeper layers of the consciousness of a patient. This enables me to ‘install’ suggestions that will remain once the subject wakes up. It can also influence thought processes and negative emotions that are proving hard to dispel. In addition I am a qualified mindfulness facilitator and I can teach your mind to unwind and slow down at the end of the day.




Anger management


Hypnotherapy can be very effective for

anger management. Hypnotherapy for

anger management can help take the

pressure off you in terms of controlling your

anger consciously. Anger can come about

for a variety of reasons. Perhaps there is something that you are not being able to communicate, and that is causing frustration. Anger can result from long term frustration building up. Hypnotherapy for anger management will help you remain calm so that you can communicate more effectively. The reason why Hypnotherapy and NLP are so effect with anger management is because the primary source of anger is the unconscious mind. Anger is not a conscious response - if you could consciously decide to stop getting angry, wouldn't you simply decide to do so? Through hypnosis and NLP, I can access the unconscious mind and harness its extreme power to reprogram habitual patterns of behaviour, such as responding angrily to everyday situations. Rather like day dreaming, through hypnosis attention can then be focused towards particular images, thoughts, perceptions, feelings, motivations and behaviours which will help change our habitual responses and learnt behaviours.
