A little bit about myself
I have studied both clinical and cognitive hypnotherapy.
I hold an advanced diploma in integrated hypnotherapy, NLP and life coaching for which I studied for over a year at an accredited school in Brighton graduating in October 2012. After this I studied intensively and trained with the Marie Mongan hypnobirthing ™ school and qualified in January 2013.
I also trained at master classes in rapid induction and pain management.
In addition, I am trained in brief solution based therapy and am a mindfulness facilitator and I work as a celebrant for funerals, weddings and everything in between.
Professional hypnotherapist
I am a practicing and professional hypnotherapist , a member of the hypnotherapy association ( HA) the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and am a validated practitioner of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC) and adhere to their code of conduct and ethics.
I am fully insured.
My previous life experiences include travelling all over the world, teaching in secondary schools, fashion, retail management, event management and performance art. I hold a BA (hons) in English and Drama and an MA in Indian religion and philosophy. I have studied and practiced meditation for over thirty years and am a trained mindfulness facilitator.
The spiritual, mental and physical wellbeing of my clients is paramount and I fully encourage individuals to take control of their own destinies.
I work from a private therapy room in Kemptown Brighton – online sessions are available.
I offer online hypnotherapy via Zoom or Skype which means I have been able to work with clients all over the globe.
